Patina, unique from the first touch
From the moment of the first touch, the faucet comes to life. Slowly, a beautiful and characteristic patina develops, making the Hotbath Cobber Living Colours personal, but above all, unique.
What is Patina?
All Hotbath Cobber Living Colours are finished without surface protection, resulting in a beautiful and vibrant outcome. In total, there are four Living Colours available: Polished Brass, Brushed Brass, Brushed Copper and Aged Brass.
Patina forms because the metal is finished without surface protection. This results in the faucet naturally changing in color and shine. The finish may become slightly lighter or darker, and the material comes to life. Small irregularities emerge, giving the faucet a unique character. The patina of the faucet is unpredictable and thus completely unique.

Possible development of the patina:
How does patina develops?
Patina is a result of oxidation and forms on the surface of the faucet. It develops due to exposure to elements like air and moisture, but even every touch of the faucet contributes to the change. Each time the faucet is used, its appearance changes, making the Living Colours vibrant.
